The Service
MyProfileType provides free personality and profile quizzes. Upon completing a quiz and submitting your email, you receive a personalized result by email. The service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Quiz results are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use MyProfileType. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, please do not submit your personal information through our quizzes or lead forms.
Your Information
When you submit your name and email address, you consent to receiving the quiz result email and related follow-up messages from MyProfileType. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us at alex@myprofiletype.com. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on MyProfileType — including quiz questions, result descriptions, copy, design, and code — is the property of MyProfileType and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use MyProfileType to: submit false or misleading information; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure; use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law; or submit spam or unsolicited commercial content through any contact form or reply channel.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MyProfileType is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Quiz results are generated for personal reflection and are not scientifically validated assessments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyProfileType and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.
Third-Party Services
MyProfileType may collect leads through Facebook Lead Ads. If you interact with one of these forms, Facebook's own Terms of Service and Data Policy also apply. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms that link to or integrate with our service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes arising from your use of MyProfileType shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
